The pear pendant on the necklace is Aquamarine Vitrail Light, 18x13mm. I call this one my Signature Necklace. While I l love many of the Swarovski pendants, this one is my personal favorite. Depending on the angle of view, there are different shades of blue-green, purple, and a little bit of green.

I'm an amateur at photography, so I prefer the closeup taken by my friend Fred, who is no amateur!

Cubic Zirconia Solitaire Necklace

This is a copy of a diamond necklace that was selling for over $1000 on Etsy. The bail, which connects the stone to the necklace, is handmade starting with copper wire..

The stones are Cubic Zirconia, which are fabulous diamond-like man-made crystals. They are similar in sparkle, brilliance, fire, and beauty to real diamonds. Since diamond is the April birthstone, these make a great gift for April birthdays.

The chain is a slithery snake chain. It looks wonderful as a choker, about 14.5", but also has an extension that allows the length to be anywhere from 14.5" to 16.5". As with all ABQ Jewels jewelry, the length of the chain can be made to order at no extra cost. It is VERY difficult to coat snake chain without making it stiff so it doesn't drape correctly, so the yield from the coating process is low, and the price has to be higher to compensate.

The stone on the necklace is 8mm. The stones on the earrings are 4mm and 6mm. The earrings are about 1" long. I do not make large Cubic Zirconia jewelry because that would reveal it is not a real diamond!

The beautiful, asymmetrical shape of the Swarovski de-Art stone is an amazing design, to appeal to those are somewhat nonconformist or whimsical. This set was designed for Eileen, wife of my photographer friend Fred.

Antique Pink is very close to a light shade of amethyst. The necklace and bracelet are made with a plethora of different color Swarovski beads, including tanzanite, rose satin, light rose satin, lilac, and lilac shadow.. You can wear the set with many shades of pink or purple.

The 14-bead bracelet matches the color progression of the necklace. Also available is a 10-bead bracelet (not shown) made of seven 8mm Antique Pink beads, plus the decorative tail of the extension chain.

Vitrail Medium and Green Sphinx

The color of the two sets of jewelry below is either Crystal Vitrail Medium or Crystal Green Sphinx. Depending on the cut of the crystals, the colors may appear the same or somewhat different. Both Vitrail Medium and Green Sphinx exhibit a rainbow of colors as the crystals move. To my eyes, both have a pretty large green component and a smaller red component, then every other color flashes by with movement. The red tone in Vitrail Medium is close to fuchsia, the green somewhat olive. For Green Sphinx, the red is a true red, the green is a little bluer than for Vitrail Medium. However, the actual colors vary with the cut of the stone and the angle of view.

This set was designed for Kyri, my spiritual mentor and a great friend. The pendant is an 18mm Rosaline Gold Twist Bead . The round rhinestones are Light Peach and Light Rose Champagne, with matching Swarovski pearls.

The necklace can also be made using all Light Rose Champagne rhinestones, as shown in the closeup. The middle rhinestones captured in the gold circles would also be replaced by Light Rose Champagne.

The full picture and close up of the necklace show how the colors you see in this 18mm oval pendant vary depending on whether you are viewing straight on, or at an angle. As the picture of the matching 12mm oval earrings shows, there is some variation in the color from pendant to pendant, even though both the crystal and the coating (which produces the colors) are made by Swarovski.

If you want earrings with more color, consider the diamond earrings.
